I have been specializing residential Real Estate in Northern Palm Beach and Martin County for 13 years. While in college, (late in life) with the hopes of becoming a general contractor I was "intercepted" by a developer who suggested I combine my sales skills and contractor/home knowledge and sell Real Estate. With a little push I changed "career" paths and have never looked back.
I truly enjoy working will all of my clients whether it be repeat buyers or sellers, investors, move up clients, first time home buyers or sellers and at all price ranges. I want to be there for my clients through both good times and bad. Whatever reason they are seling or buying I want to be there to help.
Understanding and meeting my clients needs is what has helped me built a successful real estate career! I listen to what they want and my job is to find it at the right price. A big part of this business is LISTENING and then SEARCHING. The best part of my job is that it never feels like work. I do what I love and I love what I do. It doesn't get any better than that!.
MY PHILOSOPHY comes from my good "old fashioned" Mid-Western upbringing which I incorporate into my Real Estate business. I believe that in this "super-sized" world it is necessary to treat all of my clients with a "Mom & Pop" business attitude. There are many "assembly line" agents that are more concerned with "volume" than they are personal attention to their clients.
I believe in going the extra mile in order to make all of my buyer's and seller's feel as if their my only client. I believe in earning my income the old fashioned way, I WORK FOR IT!
